För att tackla de stora folkhälsoutmaningarna såsom livsstilssjukdomar och en åldrande befolkning samtidigt som vi skapar förutsättningar för regional innovation och tillväxt görs en blekingsk satsning inom området hälso- och idrottsteknik med BTH i spetsen.
Att vara självförsörjande på sjukvårdsartiklar, till exempel engångshandskar, skulle underlätta inom vården. Nu har BTH:s studenter tagit fram en rullande handskfabrik som kan förflyttas mellan olika platser där handskar behövs.
