Att anpassa sig till förändringar, och lära sig ny kompetens, kommer kräva att individer, företag och organisationer demokratiserar idégenerering och återkoppling. Nya kompetenser och teknologier måste snabbare plockas upp i utbildningssystemet ifall relevans för framtiden ska finnas.
