BTH ska stödja industrin i att utveckla hållbara lösningar

Extended Reality (XR), kommer att förändra våra industrier och påverka framtidens ingenjörer, operatörer och kunders arbete. Nu får BTH medel av Vinnova för att under tre år arbeta med hur XR ska kunna användas för att stödja industrin i att utveckla, testa, installera och underhålla system med denna teknik.

BTH ska göra elektriska färjor till verklighet – kan testas i Karlskronas skärgård: ”Jättekul”

BTH ingår i ett nytt forskningsprojekt som ska ta fram moderna, miljövänliga passagerarfärjor på el. Målet är att skapa ett komplement till dagens kollektivtrafik till havs – som kan vara oberoende av upphämtningsplatser och köra av sig självt. – Det är alltid roligt att nyttja de kompetenser vi har här, säger Tobias Larsson, professor i maskinteknik på BTH.
